Features that are unique to Timber Masters Box Beams:
1. The Lock Mitre Corner is a technology we use to create a tight and seamless edge for the most realistic solid timber look.
2. Cladding is available for any size of beam or post in any of our stains or textures. Order 3-sides assembled with 1-side unassembled for posts or 2-sides assembled with 1-side unassembled for beams. Our cladding is great for renovation projects!

3. Our Premium Stain Treatments are created in shop and proprietary to Timber Masters. They are a multiple step process. The color reacts to the tannins in the wood creating a realistic and unique finish that is sure to be a showstopper for your home or project.
4. Our Textures Are Handcrafted in shop to provide the most detailed and genuine look. All 5 of our textures are stunning but our Hand Hewn, Barn Board, and Reclaimed textures can't be beat. They are perfect for a real rustic and distressed, especially on a mantel!
5. Box Beam Mantles are an innovative addition to the interior design field. They are light-weight, easy to install, and look just like solid timber. Available in all colors and textures with the option of End Grain caps for an authentic tree cut look or Continuous Grain style.
6. Baffles are internal structural support pieces of wood that are glued and screwed at increments inside the Box Beam to ensure long term stability, rigidity and superior strength.
7. We have up to 26FT Uninteruppted Lengths! We offer full lengths up to 26FT long. There is no joint and the same amount of stability. The rigidity of our beams and wood source allows us to have 1FT - 26FT custom lengths. If you need something longer than 26FT we offer a variety of joints for any aesthetic design.
